You will take charge of a number of different office support and administrative duties as the Administrative Assistant. Are you skilled at mail merging, pivot tables, and presentation design? As the Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities will include; but not limited to, making travel arrangements, scheduling meetings and coordinating conference calls. Also, answering telephones, problem solving, and ordering office supplies. In addition, the Administrative Assistant will be assisting employees with mailings and document shipping, scanning, distributing faxes and providing clerical support What you get to do every single day: - Support diverse projects for other employees - Receive and tend to visitors - Perform word processing, filing and faxing - Respond to phone inquiries
The Administrative Assistant must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook skills. At least three years of previous experience in an Administrative Assistant role. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
