Job Duties
Inventory
Records and maintains control of all inventory items purchased and produced
Conducts daily inventory analysis to solve inventory problems
Coordinates and completes daily physical cycle counts
Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures
Organizes and maintains all warehouse bin and shop floor locations
Receiving
Loads and unloads material within a warehouse or storage facility
Receives, unpacks, inspects, and stores merchandise, materials, and supplies
Utilizes hand trucks, forklifts, or other handling equipment to move material within storage facility
Reports damages and discrepancies for accounting and record-keeping purposes
Completes and distributes receiving reports
Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
High school diploma with 2-5 years experience
Proficient math skills
Proficient analytical and problem solving ability
Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Work, Excel, Outlook, etc)
Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
Ability to receive, stock, and/or deliver goods.
Ability to bend, crouch and lift 35-70 pounds
Ability to drive a forklift and utilize hand truck and other warehousing equipment
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
