Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and care of our outdoor grounds, ensuring a clean and visually appealing environment on the property and amenity areas.
Duties:
Maintenance of the grounds including dog waste pick up.
Keep outdoor areas clean and free of debris and - Clean amenity areas.
Clean laundry rooms, models, clubhouse and fitness center.
Any additional duties as assigned.
Experience:
- Familiarity with landscaping tools and equipment - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail in maintaining outdoor spaces If you have a passion for maintaining outdoor spaces and creating beautiful landscapes, we invite you to apply for the Groundskeeper position with us.
