We are looking for a strong leader with experience in the hospitality industry to help lead our North Brunswick location.

Overview:

Maintaining knowledge and skills for baker and driver positions and fill in as necessary Hiring, training, motivating, and coaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to customers, assess employee performance and provide helpful feedback and training opportunities Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employees Monitoring store activity and ensuring it is properly provisioned and staffed Analyzing information and processes and developing more effective or efficient techniques and strategies Establishing and achieving business and profit objectives Maintaining a clean, tidy business, ensuring that signage and displays are attractive Generating reports and presenting information to upper-level managers or other parties Ensuring staff members follow company policies and procedures Other duties to ensure the overall health and success of the business Required Qualifications & Experience Previous experience managing others required High School Diploma, preferred Strong understanding of business management, financial, and leadership principles Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills Time and project management skills Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop practical solutions and strategies Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to staff members The Benefits Competitive base pay, an incentive heavy comp structure, will the ability to grow compensation with the business's success Healthcare

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
