Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines to produce parts according to specifications - Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as needed - Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy - Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine issues - Maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role preferred - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings - Proficiency in using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers - Basic math skills for measurements and calculations - Knowledge of tooling and materials handling - Familiarity with CNC machines and CAD software (e.
g.
, SolidWorks) - Ability to assemble and disassemble machine parts This position requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
