Answer the phone calls, check text and voice mail inbox Daily patients check in and check out Schedule and Confirm appointment Verify pt's insurance and enter the insurance info into Dentrix Ascend Read email and assign the to-do to corresponding person Scan Lab case and update the status in Dentrix Acend Follow up Patient Run Recare report fill up Hygiene schedule Arrange treatment plan and present to patients Send out the Insurance pre-authorization, follow up the status and schedule appointment Run the uncomplete treatment report and fill up the Doctor's schedule Answer team member's question regarding Insurance eligibility & EOB Follow up Accounts Receivables and collect the payment Job Type:
