Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the marketing team to provide tactical support and assistance in client-facing roles.
Aid in the creation of engaging multi-channel content, coordinating with the creative team to produce captivating graphics, videos, content, and live event elements.
Assist in social listening processes and generate ongoing reports for select clients.
Manage social media publishing and respond to community engagement for select clients.
Participate in client meetings, contribute to creative brainstorms, assist in editorial planning, and aid in content development.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to enhance digital and social media measurement strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience managing digital/social media programs, preferably in an agency setting.
Profound understanding of the digital and social ecosystem.
Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with project management, community management, analytics, paid digital advertising, and content development is preferred.
Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and Apple computers is ideal.
